The service
DlandTables monitors supported restaurants for availability matching your criteria and sends email alerts. You make your own reservation with Disney. Subscription fees do not include meals, reservations, park tickets or accommodation.
Availability may disappear between detection and booking. Your subscription pays for monitoring; it does not guarantee a table. DlandTables is independent of Disney and does not act on its behalf.
An alert may be paused after a notification is sent. You can check its status and resume it from “My alerts”, within your subscription limits. Technical incidents may affect monitoring or email delivery; statutory rights relating to the provision of the service still apply.
Subscriptions, prices and renewal
The available subscriptions are billed in euros every week:
- Starter (€2.99/week): 1 active alert, unlimited notifications at standard speed.
- Premium (€3.99/week): up to 5 simultaneously active alerts, unlimited notifications with faster delivery.
- Premium+ (€5.99/week): up to 10 simultaneously active alerts, unlimited notifications with priority delivery.
Subscriptions automatically renew every week until canceled. The payment summary shows the total amount due, applicable taxes, any discounts and the billing interval before you confirm. Existing legacy offers remain subject to the terms communicated when purchased, unless a change has been validly notified.
Stripe processes payments. Plan changes take place through the billing flow: review the price, effective date and any adjustments shown before confirming. Notifications depend on availability actually detected; “unlimited” does not guarantee a particular frequency or number of reservations.
Cancellation and no voluntary refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account’s “Billing” section, which opens the Stripe portal. Cancellation stops renewal; you keep the plan’s benefits until the end of the period already paid for. Your billing area shows the end date. If you cannot access the portal, contact support@dlandtables.com.
Payments are non-refundable under our commercial policy. We do not offer prorated refunds for a started billing period, partial use, a paused alert or failure to obtain a reservation when the monitoring service was provided. This policy does not exclude refunds required by law, including any applicable right of withdrawal, an undue payment or failure to provide a conforming service.
Pausing an alert, reaching the requested dining date or disconnecting Muse does not cancel your subscription.
Withdrawal and statutory rights
If you benefit from the right of withdrawal under French law for distance service contracts, you generally have fourteen days from entering into the contract to exercise it without giving a reason. You may send an unambiguous notice to support@dlandtables.com, including information identifying your contract.
Example notice: “I hereby withdraw from my DlandTables contract entered into on [date], associated with [email] and reference [reference, if available]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Use of this example is optional.
If you expressly request that performance starts before the withdrawal period ends, the consequences provided by law continue to apply. A proportionate charge for services already provided may be retained only when the legal conditions are met. Starting alerts alone does not waive your right of withdrawal. Loss of that right after full performance requires the agreements and information prescribed by law.
Account and Muse connection
You must provide a valid email address and protect your sign-in codes. Report unauthorized access to support. Use the service lawfully, without disrupting it or accessing other users’ data.
When the Muse connector is available for your account, only operations covered by the permissions shown may be authorized. Connecting does not itself make a payment. Existing DlandTables subscriptions remain managed through “Billing”; connecting Muse does not create a separate subscription or change your plan.
Disconnecting Muse blocks future access to the DlandTables API for that connection. It does not cancel your subscription, automatically delete your account or alerts, or erase data Muse has already received. Contact support about your DlandTables data; Muse’s own processing is also governed by its policies.
Personal data
The privacy policy describes the data processed, purposes, recipients and your rights. Account, alert and payment data are used to provide the service, manage your subscription, handle support requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Retention depends on the purpose: operating an account or alert, recording a payment, security, legal obligations or a dispute. Expiring or pausing an alert, canceling a subscription and disconnecting Muse do not currently trigger automatic deletion of these records. You can request access, correction or erasure at support@dlandtables.com. Data that must be retained for a legal obligation or dispute is considered separately when handling your request.
Optional analytics rely on your consent. You can change that choice through the cookie policy without canceling your subscription.
Complaints and liability
For a complaint, email support@dlandtables.com with your account email and relevant payment reference, if available. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full card numbers.
The absence of a guarantee that you will obtain a reservation does not remove our obligation to provide the service sold. These terms do not limit applicable statutory guarantees or mandatory consumer remedies and jurisdiction rights.
Changes to the service and terms
The date at the top of this page identifies this version of the terms. Changes affecting an existing subscription must be communicated in accordance with applicable rules. Publishing a new version does not remove acquired rights or statutory consumer protections.
