Notifications: app push vs SMS
The first person to book a cancelled table gets it, so the alert has to reach you fast. DlandTables sends a push notification through its iPhone and Android apps, which shows on your lock screen in seconds, and an email as a backup.
MouseWatcher sends a text message or an email; it has no app. Text messages depend on your carrier, and international numbers and roaming can delay them.
Price: weekly and yearly plans vs per alert and monthly
DlandTables Premium costs $3.99 per week (5 alerts) or $49.99 per year (15 alerts); Premium+ costs $4.99 per week (10) or $59.99 per year (30). The weekly plan renews until you cancel, so cancel after your trip.
MouseWatcher sells single alerts from $5, priced by how long they run, and monthly plans from $19 for 5 alerts to $139 for 50. It has no yearly plan: 15 alerts cost $49 per month, against $49.99 per year for 15 alerts at DlandTables.

Create an alertHow DlandTables works
Choose a restaurant listed in the form, a date, your party size and a time range. DlandTables checks for matching availability and sends an email notification. You complete your booking with Disney.
Notifications are sent by email, and as push notifications in the DlandTables iPhone and Android apps. Push notifications arrive much faster and more reliably than SMS.
An alert does not hold or book a table. Availability can change before you open Disney’s booking service; no reservation is guaranteed.
